The March colour way, ‘Cove’ is available for purchase this weekend in our online store, starting tomorrow and ending on Sunday evening. Cove is dyed on our Killarney Sock base – 420 yards of sturdy-but-soft merino/nylon 80/20 blend. Cove is perfect for shawls, scarves and sweaters, with its muted, earthy tones, fitting for a month where the snow has moved on and spring feels like a promise.
The March pattern that ships with Cove are the Cove Fingerless Gloves. This pattern is super simple, knitted in the round, for gloves that begin at the mid-forearm. A simple, textural, twisted eyelet pattern is used in a panel across the top.
The pattern is perfect for transitional seasons. I can’t wait until the days when I can ditch my winter coat and pair these gloves with a leather, or jean jacket :)

Shireen, would there be enough yarn in one skein to make two pair of the fingerless gloves? Doesn’t say how much the pattern requires. That will help me make my decision. Thanks.

That wasn’t my question…is there enough for TWO pair of the gloves. I am sure there is plenty for one pair but should be a lot left over????

For starry night, yes I have had a chance to check my numbers, and I have revised the pattern. As soon as I get to a computer I will email you the corrected pattern :)
